State of JavaScript 2017 results posted

The results of this year’s poll about the tools and libraries JavaScript developers are using and their opinions of them (or at least their opinions as expressed via multiple choice options available) is up.

State of JavaScript

Some of the analysis didn’t really do much for me. I don’t need to see country by country breakdowns of which front-end frameworks are being used. Most of them look the same. What would be more interesting for me would be some highlighting of the outliers in the data (for example, China seems to be using Vue.js way more than most other countries) and some comparisons between the 2017 and 2016 results to see how answers on frameworks, build tools, etc. have changed.

Perhaps when they’ve had a chance to analyze the features and opinion questions (you can sign up to be notified when they post that data) they’ll add something like that then.
